also: I have been posting more sketches over at my tumblr account. Not a lot or anything, but it’s a trend that I will keep. More polished stuff here, stupid thoughts and photos and everything including the stuff here, there too. This is a portfolio; that is becoming a personal blog. :>

It’s the adorable Carolina being cute, because I <3 LMN and also Amanda Lafrenais is just so dang sweet. I pretended she was doing a photoshoot for SPANK! and then all the colors happened. I can’t even find a link for SPANK!, google keeps giving me things I don’t want… I just need just clothes, okay? No Japanese torture porn, sheesh! Not this time, anyway.
I’ve got some exciting news! Next weekend on Saturday, May 21st I’ll be tabling at the Olympia Comics Festival. I’m making a new zine for it (which will just be a collection of little comics all up on here) and will have copies of Vegan MoFo 2010, (hopefully) patches and definitely cookies. Oooh, yum. After that I’ll be taking part in a local cartoonists gallery showing at The Northern. I have no idea how long our stuff will be up in there, and it’ll be stuff on here + mayyybe something new.
I made the poster for this year’s comics festival, too. That’s why I’m tabling. It’s how I got paid. So come stop by, eat a cookie and buy some zines so I can have beer money!

Fun fact: I listened to The Smiths while I drew this! There’s something satisfying about listening to a musician who thinks he’s so important that his suffering is the most poetic in the world.

Also a reminder that I blog infrequently at Antler Pie! Infrequent because my camera keeps running out of batteries. Sheesh, I ain’t too good at this technology thing.
I’ll be back to posting comics sometime in the next couple weeks, but in the meantime I started a cooking blog called Antler Pie. It’ll have a lot of vegan/meat optional recipes, and probably chronicle the journey of what-do-we-eat now that Epic’s been diagnosed with a bajillion food allergies. It’s also a way for me to start keeping all my recipes in one place instead of on notes strewn about the kitchen.
